Bill Bate was born in Liverpool in 1962 and studied art at the Central School of Art and Design ( now St Martins ). Since graduating in the early 90s he has exhibited overseas in Aosta, Milan and Venice and extensively in London in solo and group shows. Exhibition venues include the Victoria and Albert Museum, Leighton House, Chelsea Town Hall in addition to the Royal Society of Oil Painters and the New English Art Club. He lives and works in London.
